These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 09bbt online gaming platform and all of its services. These Terms form an agreement between the user ("Member" or "you") and 09bbt ("Platform", "we", or "us").

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

To use the 09bbt platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must create a valid account in your own name.
• One person may operate only one account.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country or region where you are located.
• You must create an account voluntarily, using your own judgment and free will.

Any account belonging to a minor or a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned. 09bbt may request proof of identity at any time for age verification.

When creating an account at 09bbt, you must provide accurate and complete information. 09bbt reserves the right to close any account created with false information at any time.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any other person to access your account is prohibited. If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification

For account verification, withdrawal processing, or in the case of any suspicious activity, 09bbt may request identification documents, proof of address, or other documents from you. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

09bbt supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, making transactions easy and fast.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods can be used for deposits and withdrawals at 09bbt: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet), and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until the account is fully verified.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption technology. 09bbt will never ask for your payment method PIN or password under any circumstances.

09bbt offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has specific terms that must be read carefully before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳8,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, letting you start with ৳13,000 in total.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only (the deposit amount is not included). For example, to meet the wagering requirement for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If 09bbt determines that a member is abusing the bonus system (multiple accounts, coordinated betting, etc.), it reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and, if necessary, close the account.

09bbt has a special VIP program for loyal members. Based on regular play and activity, members can advance through the tiers.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier benefits and terms may be changed by 09bbt at any time. Cashback amounts are credited directly to the account and applicable wagering requirements must be met.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09bbt platform:

• Operating multiple accounts by one person.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Coordinated or artificial betting for the purpose of collecting bonuses.
• Operating the platform using software, bots, or automation tools.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Claiming withdrawals or bonuses using false information.

If any such activity is detected, 09bbt reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

Various types of games are available on the 09bbt platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and more. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting.

8.1 Technical Errors

If the outcome of any round is affected by a software or server error, 09bbt reserves the right to cancel that round and return the wagered amount.

8.2 Sports Betting

Before placing a bet in the sports betting section, please read the terms for each market carefully. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with 09bbt's specific rules.

09bbt places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution for everyday life.

• Members can set deposit limits on their account at any time.
• An account can be placed in a cooling-off period for a temporary break.
• If a member requests permanent self-exclusion, 09bbt will honor that request and close the account.

• In the event of a Terms violation.

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the available balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, though an ongoing investigation may need to be completed first.

09bbt provides its services on an "as is" basis. 09bbt will not be held liable in the following cases:

• If a gaming session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• For issues caused by third-party software or payment providers.
• If service is disrupted due to a natural disaster or other unavoidable circumstances.
• For losses resulting from a member's own negligence in disclosing login credentials.
